MY NAME IS JENNIFER

I currently have an autoimmune disorder and in having 12 surgeries including Major Back Surgery, Total Shoulder Replacement and Multiple other procedures, I have had to restart my goals many times. I have even had to take small steps in order to just make it down a hall because I could barely walk.

My mom recently had a stroke and it took a great portion of her mobility away

I understand the importance of

someone in that state to be able to have the mobility that they need in order to function day to day. Moving through these trying times has really helped me see things from different levels of life and make me think how I can help others who may feel like it is not possible to come back from or work through. 

I want people to understand that this journey I have been on has made me a different yet better person and now I know and understand others and want to help them accomplish their goals no matter what mobility level they are at

This could be due to illness, injury, weight, lifestyle, pain, etc. 

It is the very early starting point and is about getting the body to move more efficiently and effectively in the exercise and then having that carry over into daily life bringing greater health, fitness, flexibility and mobility ™ ©

Getting Started/Functional Movement

This Structure is for people who haven’t been moving much up to this point.
